Mr. Nieto is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s advisory business focused on advising clients in the Industrials and Automotive sectors.

Mr. Nieto has over 19 years of investment banking experience assisting companies and financial sponsors on a wide range of strategic matters. Selected transaction experience includes advising Bosch on the acquisition of the residential HVAC business from Johnson Controls and Hitachi; Vitesco’s Special Committee of the Supervisory Board on the public offer by Schaeffler; Siemens Energy on the acquisition of the remaining stake in Gamesa; Five AI on its sale to Bosch; Hella on the business combination with Faurecia; Garrett Motion on its Plan of Reorganisation; Melrose on the acquisition of GKN; ONEX on the divestiture of KraussMaffei to ChemChina; Triton on the divestiture of Dematic to AEA, MAN SE’s Supervisory Board on the acquisition by Volkswagen; HeidelbergCement on the divestiture of Maxit to Saint-Gobain as well as various Initial Public Offerings and other equity and debt financing transactions.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2018, Mr. Nieto worked with Goldman Sachs, Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada in London and Frankfurt.

Mr. Nieto earned the degree of Diplom-Volkswirt from Universität zu Köln, Germany.
