Tom Quinn

Tom Quinn is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, Mr. Quinn serves as an advisor with a principal focus on working with companies within the Industrials and Services sectors. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Quinn was at Gleacher Shacklock.

Mr. Quinn has worked on mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and restructurings and has provided strategic advice to clients across a number of sectors. Representative experience includes advising RPS on an equity raise and the cash offers from Tetra Tech and WSP, GKN on its defence against the hostile offer from Melrose, the proposed combination of GKN Driveline with Dana, and the acquisitions of Fokker and Volvo Aero, Kier on several refinancings including a debut high yield issuance, QinetiQ on the acquisitions of Avantus Federal and Meggitt Target Systems, RWS on its response to an unsolicited approach from BPEA and the acquisitions of SDL and Moravia, and Smiths Group on the sale of its Medical division and the acquisitions of United Flexible and Morpho Detection.

Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock, Mr. Quinn worked in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Quinn has a BSc in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham.
