Stephen Henry is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. Based in Los Angeles, he is part of the Firm’s Global Industrials team and focuses on providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the aerospace, defense, space and government services sectors.

Mr. Henry has more than two decades of experience advising clients on a wide range of strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, leveraged buyouts and debt and equity financings. Over his career, Mr. Henry has advised clients on over 100 completed transactions and strategic assignments.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Henry served as a Managing Director at Lazard where he was responsible for advising companies across the aerospace, defense, and government services sectors. Prior to joining Lazard in 2008, Mr. Henry served as a  Vice President at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the aerospace and defense group within Jefferies.

Mr. Henry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.
