Serdj Balach
Serdj Balach is a Partner at Perella Weinberg. Based in New York, he focuses on providing strategic and financial advice to companies across the industrials sector with a focus on chemicals and specialty materials.
Mr. Balach has more than 15 years of experience advising strategic and financial parties on critical strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg, he has advised public and private companies on a wide range of strategic matters and transaction types.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2020, Mr. Balach spent a decade with Citi’s Investment Banking division.
Mr. Balach earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
