Neil Reardon is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Reardon is part of the Firm’s Industrials Group where he specializes in providing strategic and financial advice to clients globally across the aerospace, defense, space and government services sectors. His experience spans a range of financial advisory assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic advisory and capital raise transactions.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Reardon was a Managing Director at Lazard, where he was a member of the aerospace & defense team. Prior to joining Lazard in 2014, he was an Associate at Citigroup. Mr. Reardon began his career at Equity International, an emerging markets-focused investment firm.

Mr. Reardon earned a B.S. in Economics, cum laude, from Miami University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
