Mr. Rahmani is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business where he advises clients on capital structure and liability management, restructuring, new capital solutions and distressed M&A.

Mr. Rahmani has 15 years of financial advisory and corporate finance experience assisting clients in connection with a wide range of matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg, he has advised Sponsors, Independent Board Directors, Companies, Secured and Unsecured Lenders, Unsecured Creditor Committees and Investors. Sponsor, Board and Company representations include Concordia International, Del Monte Foods, Eco-Bat Technologies, FTX Trading, Halcon Resources, iHeartMedia, Oasis Petroleum, Paringa Resources, Sabre Corporation and Vantage Drilling. Creditor and Investor representations include Celsius Networks, Diamond Offshore, Everview, Hexion, Hornblower, Ocean Rig, Peabody, Pyxus, Salt Creek Midstream, Savers, Travel Leaders Group, Valaris and VER Technologies.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2016, Mr. Rahmani was at CIT Group from 2012 to 2016 where he structured and invested in middle-market private debt and syndicated loans in the TMT and Gaming sectors. He began his career at Deloitte, participating in a rotation program through consulting and financial advisory groups.

Mr. Rahmani received a Bachelor of Science, with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University. Mr. Rahmani currently holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and was previously a CPA in NY.
