Laura Klaassen is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory Business, focusing on providing strategic and financing advice to private growth companies seeking to raise capital.

Ms. Klaassen has over 15 years of investment banking experience across private and public equity capital markets – ranging from private placements, PIPEs, IPOs and follow on issuances. Most recently, she founded and scaled the Private Capital Markets franchise at Barclays International. Prior to that, Laura spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in the equity capital markets business between New York and London.

Ms. Klaassen has strong relationships across the growth and alternative capital ecosystem and a track record of raising private capital for leading technology, energy transition and impact companies.

Ms. Klaassen holds a Joint Bachelors degree from University College London.
