Laura Kimmel
Laura Kimmel is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, Ms. Kimmel provides holistic capital structure advice covering liability management, new capital solutions and distressed M&A.
Ms. Kimmel has 20 years of investment banking experience. She joined Perella Weinberg in 2023 from Houlihan Lokey, where she served as a Director in the Financial Restructuring Group. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Kimmel worked at Barclays Capital in the European Leveraged Finance team.
Ms. Kimmel holds a Master’s in Philosophy from Balliol College at the University of Oxford and a BA in Philosophy from Columbia College, Columbia University.
