Mr. Kamen is the Chief Legal Officer and a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Mr. Kamen also serves as the Chief Legal Officer of PWP Capital, which holds the former asset management business of PWP OpCo prior to the PWP Separation.

Mr. Kamen has approximately 12 years of legal experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2019, Mr. Kamen was at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2015 to 2019, where he most recently served in the Corporate Finance Group as an Associate. Prior to that, Mr. Kamen worked as an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP.

Mr. Kamen earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, Magna Cum Laude.
