Greg Johnson is a Managing Director and the Head of Total Rewards and Data Analytics at Perella Weinberg. He leads the strategy, design and implementation of all Compensation and Benefits programs and oversees the Firm’s HR Operations and HR Data Analytics platforms.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Johnson was the Global Head of Total Rewards at SoftBank Group International which included oversight of Total Rewards programs for SoftBank’s investment arm focused on Latin America and balance sheet assets. In addition, he supported the boards of directors for the Firm’s portfolio companies to advise on Compensation matters including executive pay design, long-term incentive programs and overall Compensation strategy.

Prior to SoftBank, Mr. Johnson was Global Head of Compensation at Apollo Global Management. Previously, he was a Rewards senior consultant at Mercer and held various Compensation roles at Siemens in the US and at its headquarters in Munich, Germany. He began his career at Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital as a finance analyst.

Mr. Johnson received his Bachelors of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College with a double major in French and Business.
