Edyta Lipka
Edyta Lipka is a Partner at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, she focuses on providing strategic and financial advice to clients in the Financials & Technology arena, with a particular focus on payments and FinTech.
Ms. Lipka has more than 15 years of corporate finance and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg in 2021, she was at Credit Suisse’s FIG/FinTech team in London and previously worked at KPMG’s Transaction Services department.
During her career, Ms. Lipka has advised a broad range of clients, including public and private companies and start-ups, on strategic matters such as complex M&A, carve-outs, multi-track processes, debt and equity capital market raises, and growth capital.
Ms. Lipka holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Poznan University of Economics.
