Dominic Lee
Dominic Lee is a Partner at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, Mr. Lee helps lead our UK coverage efforts, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and strategic financial advice. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, he served as the Chief Executive of Gleacher Shacklock until Perella Weinberg’s acquisition in September 2026.
Mr. Lee has advised across a range of different industries and transaction types. His corporate clients have included Anglo American, BAE Systems, Bunzl, British Airways, British American Tobacco, Cadbury Schweppes, Charter, Colgate-Palmolive, Federated Department Stores, GKN, Hochschild Mining, IMI, Just Eat Takeaway, Kier Group, Lonmin, McCarthy & Stone, Morgan Advanced Materials, Premier Foods, RWS, J Sainsbury, Sara Lee, Smiths Group, Spire Healthcare, Unilever and Weir. In addition, Mr. Lee has worked with a wide range of financial sponsors and private companies.
Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock in 2016, Mr. Lee worked for sixteen years at Goldman Sachs in Europe and the United States, before which he worked at Schroders.
Mr. Lee has an MA in Law from Cambridge University.
