Darren Sinatro
Darren Sinatro is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, Mr. Sinatro helps lead debt capital markets advisory efforts in EMEA to advise clients on public and private debt issuance.
Mr. Sinatro brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience across financing and capital solutions. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Sinatro was a Managing Director at PJT, where he advised both corporates and private equity sponsors on debt capital markets and liability management, private credit, structured credit, and junior capital issuance. Prior to that, Mr. Sinatro worked at Goldman Sachs in both London and New York across the Leveraged Finance and Infrastructure Finance desks.
Mr. Sinatro received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
