Christopher Doolin is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. Based in Chicago, Mr. Doolin is part of the Firm’s Industrials Group and focuses on providing strategic and financial advice to clients globally across the Business and Consumer Services sectors.

Mr. Doolin has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising corporate and financial sponsor clients on strategy and transformative M&A as well as equity and debt capital raising. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Doolin served as Managing Director in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets Division of Credit Suisse, where he started his career. Most recently, he served as the Global Head of Services and Head of the Chicago office. During his time at Credit Suisse, some of Mr. Doolin’s notable transactions include advising on the sale of Sorenson Communications to Ariel Alternatives, the sale of Addison Group to Trilantic, the IPO of HireRight, CDPQ’s investment in ICR, the sale of EmployBridge to Apollo and AlliedUniversal’s acquisition of G4S.

Mr. Doolin earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and earned his BBA in Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
