Adam Lubart

Managing Director New York

Adam Lubart is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Based in New York, he focuses on advising clients in the Healthcare sector.

During his tenure at Perella Weinberg, Mr. Lubart has advised on wide range of strategic sales, mergers, acquisitions and separation transactions as well as provided capital markets advisory services to a broad range of multinational and emerging growth clients in the life sciences sector.

He started his career in at American Express, where he worked in a variety of finance and deal structuring roles.

Mr. Lubart received a B.A. in Philosophy from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he graduated with Dean’s Honors.
