Perella Weinberg Partners announced today that it has formed a special purpose acquisition company, PWP Forward Acquisition Corp. I (“PFAC”), to be led by Stacia Schlosser Ryan, Partner and Co-Head of Consumer and Retail at Perella Weinberg Partners.
