Ms. Schlosser Ryan is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory Business. Based in Chicago, she is part of the Firm’s Consumer and Retail group.
Ms. Schlosser Ryan is a seasoned investment banker with 20 years of experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in June of 2018, she was a Managing Director and a senior member of the global consumer and retail investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, where she executed a variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt underwritings. She joined Morgan Stanley in 1998 and worked in New York, Sydney, Menlo Park, and Chicago.
At Morgan Stanley, she actively worked with clients, advising Snyder-Lance on its $6.1Bn sale to Campbell Soup; TreeHouse Foods on its $2.7Bn acquisition of ConAgra’s Private Brands business; Kimberly-Clark on its $2.4Bn spin-off of its Healthcare business; Cadbury on its $10.3Bn spin-off of Dr. Pepper Snapple; and WhiteWave on its $12.5Bn sale to Danone.
Ms. Schlosser Ryan holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Chicago Finance Exchange.
