Mr. Menon is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients on accessing the capital markets, private capital raises, balance sheet alternatives and M&A across a diversified set of industries and geographies.

Mr. Menon has more than 17 years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of financial and strategic matters. During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised Royal Caribbean Cruises on over $9.5 billion in various forms of financings (bridge loan, secured debt, guaranteed notes, convertible equity and common equity), Royal Caribbean on its $2.1 billion acquisition of Silversea Cruises, Royal Caribbean on over $5 billion in bank amendments across 8 facilities, Deutsche Boerse on its $3.0 billion Index Business carve-out with a concurrent $715 million minority stake sale to General Atlantic and $850 million acquisition of Axioma to form Qontigo, Strayer Education on its $1.9 billion merger with Capella Education, Deutsche Boerse on its $1.1 billion sale of its ISE business to Nasdaq, NYSE Euronext on its $10.2 billion sale to IntercontinentalExchange and TPC Group on its $850 million sale to First Reserve and SK Capital.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in July of 2008, Mr. Menon was at Bear Stearns from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Menon earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Bucknell University in 2003.
