Michael Masterson is a Partner in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business. Based in New York, Mr. Masterson is part of the Industrials practice and provides strategic advice to clients globally across the transportation, leasing, and logistics sector.

With over 25 years of investment banking experience in the transportation space, Mr. Masterson has advised a broad range of transportation and leasing companies around the globe on many of the most notable transactions in the sector, across strategic advisory, debt and equity financings, and restructuring.

Before joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Masterson served as Managing Director and Head of Transportation Corporate Advisory at Greenhill & Co., where he was responsible for the firm’s global coverage across all transportation and leasing companies.  Prior to that role, Mr. Masterson served as Co-Head of Transportation and Infrastructure and the Global Head of Aviation at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Masterson holds an MA in Philosophy from NYU and a BA from Williams College.
