Mr. Hill is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ advisory business and is based in Los Angeles. He advises clients in the Industrials sector.

Mr. Hill has over 18 years of investment banking and principal investing experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2017, Mr. Hill was with Bank of America Merrill Lynch in its Los Angeles office from 2011 to 2017, most recently serving as a Director. Prior to joining BAML, Mr. Hill was with Shamrock Capital Advisors as a Senior Associate in the Shamrock Activist Value Fund, a concentrated, long-only activist strategy. Prior to Shamrock, he was with Marc Bell Capital Partners, a special situations investment firm involved in private equity, credit and real estate investments. He began his career in the investment banking division of Bear, Stearns, & Co. Inc. in New York.

Mr. Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
