Cyrille Perard is a Partner of Perella Weinberg Partners. Based in France, he is part of the Firm’s Advisory business advising clients across industries.

Mr. Perard has 20 years of corporate M&A and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2018, Mr. Perard was Co-Head of M&A for the France, Belgium and Luxembourg Region at Goldman Sachs. During his career, Mr. Perard advised international companies on the origination and execution of major transactions such as Peugeot SA on its merger with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Altran on its acquisition by Capgemini, Unibail-Rodamco on its acquisition of Westfield, Engie on the disposal of its E&P business to Neptune, Altran on its acquisition of Aricent, Yoox on its merger with Net-A-Porter, Starwood on the sale of Groupe du Louvre to Jin Jiang International or GDF Suez on the reverse merger of its Energy International Business within International Power Plc. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 working in its London, San Francisco and Paris Offices.

Mr. Perard holds a Masters degree from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
