Benjamin Port
Ben Port is a Partner at Perella Weinberg. Based in New York, he focuses on advising clients across a range of sectors within Healthcare Services, including retail multi-site healthcare, physician practice management, behavioral health, home health and hospice, and outsourced services.
Mr. Port joined Perella Weinberg in 2026 from Baird, where he focused on Healthcare Services. He previously spent nearly a decade at Moelis & Company advising healthcare services companies, where he was also a member of the Private Equity Solutions Group executing a wide range of transactions with a focus on sell-side advisory for private equity and founder-owned businesses. Mr. Port also held roles at PepsiCo and Barclays and began his career at Wachovia Securities.
A selection of his recent transactions includes: the sale of US Digestive Health to United Healthcare; the debt advisory for Comprehensive Eyecare Partners; the sale of Always Best Care to NexPhase Capital; the sale of Action Behavior Centers to Charlesbank; the sale of Vision Innovation Partners to Gryphon Investors; the sale of US Oral Surgery Management to Oak Hill; the sale of OB Hospitalist Group to Kohlberg & Company; the sale of D&S Community Services to The Mentor Network; the sale of Unified Women’s Health to Altas; and the sale of MB2 Dental to Charlesbank.
Mr. Port holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
