Charles Spencer

Managing Director London

Charles Spencer is a Managing Director at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, he focuses on advising UK listed and international companies in the Industrial and Chemical sectors.

Mr. Spencer has more than 15 years of investment banking experience advising companies on complex strategic and M&A matters. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Spencer was a Managing Director at Greenhill & Co., and began his career at Rothschild & Co.

Mr. Spencer earned a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
