Allison Bonta
Allison Bonta is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business.
Ms. Bonta brings over 12 years of experience across private markets.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Ms. Bonta served as Managing Director at Devon Park Advisors, where she led all aspects of their investor coverage activities and built relationships across the full spectrum of capital allocators and investors globally. Before her role at Devon Park Advisors, Ms. Bonta raised capital for private credit and infrastructure strategies, most recently at Oaktree Capital Management.
Ms. Bonta began her career in investment banking where she focused on M&A and capital raises for companies in the consumer and retail sectors.
Ms. Bonta holds a BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
