Hanadi Al Hamoui
Hanadi Al Hamoui is a Partner at Perella Weinberg. Based in London, she focuses on advising clients in the Consumer & Retail sector across EMEA.
Ms. Al Hamoui brings over 15 years of investment banking experience advising companies on strategic and corporate finance matters.
Notable Transactions in Beauty: L’Oréal’s acquisition of Medik8; the sale of a minority stake in Amouage to L’Oréal; the sale of KIKO Milano to L Catterton (€1.4 billion); PUIG’s initial public offering (€2.7 billion); Galderma’s initial public offering (CHF2.3 billion); the sale of Galderma to EQT; the acquisition of Coppertone by Beiersdorf ($550 million); Nestlé Skin Health’s joint venture with Guthy Renker (Proactiv); Nestlé Skin Health’s acquisition of select aesthetics assets from Valeant ($1.4 billion).

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Ms. Al Hamoui served as Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she led their Home & Personal Care practice in EMEA. Previously, she spent 10 years at Credit Suisse, where she started her career.
Ms. Al Hamoui holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School in Paris.
