David Wyles
David Wyles is a Partner in Perella Weinberg’s Advisory business. Based in London, Mr. Wyles holds a leadership role in the Firm’s UK and European Businesses.
Mr. Wyles brings over 30 years of investment banking experience advising companies on strategic and corporate finance matters. Mr. Wyles has led a broad range of M&A, financing and restructuring transactions for large global corporations and institutions across multiple sectors. He frequently advises on public offer transactions or other complex assignments involving multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Perella Weinberg, Mr. Wyles was President and Head of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Greenhill & Co having joined the firm in 1998. Prior to Greenhill, Mr. Wyles worked as a corporate financier at Barings, the British merchant bank, and as a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand’s Consulting Division, where he completed his Chartered Institute of Management Accountants training.
Mr. Wyles holds a degree in electronic and optoelectronic engineering having trained with the Royal Corps of Naval Constructors, the design and development arm of the British Royal Navy.
