Mr. Losquadro is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising clients in the FinTech sector. Mr. Losquadro has over 15 years of investment banking and principal investing experience. Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2022, Mr. Losquadro spent 10 years at Houlihan Lokey, most recently serving as a Director. At Houlihan Lokey, he actively worked with clients across the FinTech and Financial Services sectors, advising Blackstone on its sale of Stearns Lending to Guaranteed Rate; Apollo on its sale of AmeriHome to Western Alliance Bank; Mr. Cooper on its merger with WMIH / KKR; Cloudvirga and PropStream on their respective sales to Stewart Information Services; and various other transactions. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Losquadro was an Associate at the boutique investment bank, Milestone Advisors, and an Analyst at the principal investing firm, Republic Financial.

Mr. Losquadro earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
