Mr. Matthews serves as a Co-Head of TPH Canada and is a member of TPH’s Investment Banking business. Previously, Mr. Matthews was a Managing Director and Head of A&D at FirstEnergy Capital Corp. in Calgary. Before that, Mr. Matthews gained diversified energy investment banking and E&P experience with Waterous & Co./Scotia Waterous in Calgary, Houston, London and Singapore and at Rider Resources and Crestar Energy in Calgary. He holds a BSc with Honors in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from the University of Calgary.
