Max Mesny is a Partner in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory Business. He co-heads our Global Financials & Technology Group, focusing on Technology, FinTech and Financial Services.

Mr. Mesny advises a broad range of clients globally, from large-caps to mid-caps and GrowthTech start-ups, on strategic matters including complex public and private M&A, multi-track processes, capital structure optimization, public and private debt and equity capital market raises and financings, SPACs and de-SPACs, and growth fundraising.

Mr. Mesny joined Perella Weinberg Partners in 2021 to help create both our integrated European Financials & Technology Group and our Private Capital Markets practice.  He was previously at Credit Suisse, where he served as Chairman of EMEA FIG & Global FinTech Investment Banking and was a co-founder of the Global Client Advisory Group. Prior to that, he was at Morgan Stanley as Global Head of the Financial Technology Group, where he founded the FinTech team. Previously, Mr. Mesny was at ABN Amro corporate finance and Hoare Govett advising across all industries, Technology in particular.

Mr. Mesny graduated from Clermont University Law School and EDHEC Business School.
