Karen Mou is a Managing Director and Head of Compensation at Perella Weinberg Partners. She is responsible for the development of compensation strategies and philosophies, and the management of all activities associated with compensation.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in March of 2019, Ms. Mou was at Two Sigma Investments from 2011 to 2019, where she most recently served as a business manager for the Equities Modeling business. She also led the Compensation and Performance function at Two Sigma for over seven years. Prior to Two Sigma, she was a Director at UBS, responsible for performance, analytics and rewards for the Investment Banking Division. She previously held similar roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Mou began her career in management consulting as an analyst in the Financial Services Practice at PA Consulting Group. She has more than 15 years of experience.

Ms. Mou holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
