Mr. Kaldenberg is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  He focuses on advising clients in the industrials sector, with dedicated coverage across the building products and materials sub-segment.

Mr. Kaldenberg has more than nine years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic matters.  During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, he has advised Pittsburgh Corning on its sale to Owens Corning; Hancock Natural Resource Group on its sale of ~295,000 acres of timberland to Forest Investment Associates and The Molpus Woodlands Group; Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings on its $3.0B acquisition of Prestige Cruises International.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in August of 2009, Mr. Kaldenberg was at Lehman Brothers during the summer of 2008, where he served as an Associate in the Global Power Group.  Before enrolling in business school, he was an Account Manager at Trane, a subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand, where he advised clients in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions, including both financial and performance-based considerations.  Mr. Kaldenberg began his career as a Project Engineer at DPR Construction.

Mr. Kaldenberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Iowa State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
