Mr. Rahmani is a Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising companies, creditor groups, and investors on complex corporate restructurings, financing and other transactions.

During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Rahmani has advised on a wide range of restructuring and financing transactions, including Concordia International on its CBCA balance sheet restructuring and the independent directors of iHeart Media on the company’s debt exchanges and chapter 11 restructuring.  He is currently advising Halcon Resources on its pre-packaged chapter 11. Mr. Rahmani also has experience representing creditor groups and investors in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including Hexion, Savers, VER Technologies, Ocean Rig, and Peabody.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Rahmani was a Vice President at CIT Group from 2012 to 2016. While there, he was responsible for originating and investing in middle-market private debt and syndicated loans in the TMT and Gaming sectors. He began his career at Deloitte, participating in a rotation program through the strategy consulting and financial advisory groups.

Mr. Rahmani received a Bachelor’s of Science, with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Yeshiva University. Mr. Rahmani also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
