Mark Adomanis is a Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business. He focuses on advising companies, creditors, and investors in connection with complex financial restructuring and strategic advisory assignments across a broad range of industries.

During his tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, Mr. Adomanis has advised Pernix Therapeutics on its out-of-court recapitalization; Global Brokerage on its pre-packaged plan of reorganization; and Orexigen on its on chapter 11 filing and sale. Mr. Adomanis also has experience representing creditor groups and investors in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including 21st Century Oncology, Windstream, Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in July of 2016, he attended business school at Wharton. Before enrolling in business school, Mr. Adomanis was at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he worked on strategy consulting engagements with a number of Federal agencies.

Mr. Adomanis received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Harvard University, a Masters of International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Adomanis also holds an M.Phil in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Oxford.
