Ms. Bell is a Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business.  She focuses on advising clients in the Consumer & Retail and Healthcare sectors.

Ms. Bell has more than eight years of investment banking experience assisting companies on a wide range of strategic situations.  During her tenure at Perella Weinberg Partners, she has advised SodaStream in connection with its $3.2 billion sale to PepsiCo; Beiersdorf on its $550 million acquisition of Coppertone; Integrated DNA Technologies in connection with its sale to Danaher Corporation; Quidel Corporation on its acquisition of Triage and BNP businesses from Alere Inc, and in connection with its convertible note exchange; CVC Capital Partners acquisition of PDC Brands; and Pittsburgh Corning in connection with its sale to Owens Corning.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in April of 2016, Ms. Bell was at Gresham Partners, Australia from 2014 to 2016, where she most recently served as an Associate responsible for  M&A and strategic advisory assignments across a broad range of industries.  Ms. Bell began her career as an Analyst at Rothschild, New Zealand.

At Gresham Partners, Australia and Rothschild, New Zealand she actively worked with clients, advising Woodside Petroleum on the exit of Royal Dutch Shell; RESMIC on its merger with Homeloans; Contract Resources on its sale to Hellaby Holdings; and the New Zealand Government on the establishment of the New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency.

Ms. Bell earned a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Management from the University of Otago. She has been admitted to the New Zealand High Court as a Barrister and Solicitor.
