Adnan Choudhury is a Director at Perella Weinberg Partners, where he focuses on advising clients in the United Kingdom across a range of sectors.

Mr Choudhury has over seven years of investment banking experience assisting corporate and financial sponsor clients on a wide range of strategic matters, including M&A and capital raising. Selected transaction experience includes: advising Bridgepoint on its sale of an undisclosed stake in Element Materials Technology to Temasek; Old Mutual on its managed separation and the concurrent IPO of Quilter; Jimmy Choo on its formal sale process and subsequent public takeover by Michael Kors; Element Materials Technology on its public takeover of Exova; Anglo American on its disposal of various coal assets in Australia; Glencore on its process to dispose of its CSA and Lomas Bayas copper assets; UPS on its acquisition of Coyote Logistics; Haversham Holdings on its acquisition of British Car Auctions; and Aena on its privatization and IPO.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in May 2019, Mr Choudhury was an Associate in the UK Investment Banking team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he began his career, initially within the European Industrials team.

Mr Choudhury graduated from Bristol University with a BA (Hons) degree in Classics.
