Julian Garratt is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business, based in New York. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Industrials team with a particular focus on providing strategic and financial advice to companies across the sustainable resources and materials sectors.

Mr. Garratt has more than a decade of experience advising strategic and financial parties on critical strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, separations, carve-outs, and capital raises.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2016, Mr. Garratt advised on a range of mergers and acquisitions transactions over the course of several years with Gresham Advisory Partners based in Melbourne, Australia.

Mr. Garratt received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Melbourne in Australia.
